This is the current text that includes further amendments or additions enacted by the General Assembly in sessions with LGA Act No. 3, LGA Act No. 4, LGA Act No. 6, LGA Act №23.4.
Article 1 - Democratic Commitment
Lannuvár is a democratic Faction.
The Lannuvar General Assembly
Article 2 - Legislative Branch
Legislative power is vested in the Lannuvár General Assembly comprised of all members holding a Lannuvar faction card NFT. This power cannot be delegated.
The Lannuvar General Assembly takes its decisions by simple majority.
Members of the General Assembly can initiate proposals to be voted on.
Article 4 - Simple Majority Required
Any of these articles can later be amended, repealed or replaced by the General Assembly by a simple majority vote.
The High Council & Councilors
Article 3 - Executive Branch
The executive responsibility is vested in the High Council. The High Council comprises seven Councilors chosen by the General Assembly, as always by simple majority.
Any member of the General Assembly can be a Councilor nominee. Re-election and resignation are both possible.
Article 5 - Responsibility of the Councilors
The High Council discharges the responsibility of executive governance. The members of the High Council work in harmony, and they are all individually and collectively responsible to the Lannuvar General Assembly.
Article 7 - Council Roles
The seven Councillors will have the duties designated below:
- Ambassador General is the representative of the Faction to the outside world. Manages the social media activities of the Faction.
- Treasurer Supreme keeps track of the Faction's finances and assets; manages wallets, treasury and all Accounts. Develops financial strategies to serve the Faction's interest in tandem with the ideal of keeping the Realm on balance and at peace. (Creates economic quests for the Faction members).
- Lord Commander oversees Lannuvári territories, army and navy in tandem with the ideal of keeping the Realm on balance and at peace. Develops political strategies to advance and protect the people of Lannuvár. (Creates military quests for the Faction members).
- High Secretary of the General Assembly manages the Discord activity of the Faction, has the powers to ping @Lannuvár, create votes and sub-headings, assign other Lannuvaris Discord roles. Goes through proposals by the members of the assembly, and puts them to vote. Ordains the General Assembly sessions. (Discord powers subject to approval by the Karitha Team).
- High Secretary of the General Assembly holds the same duties as above— these are shared between two Councilors ideally.
- The Wise authors and keeps the Annals of Lannuvár, tends to historical records, cultivates the lore and strives to keep the General Assembly in line with the established lore. Loremaster of the Realm.
- Guardian of the Precursors carries no specific duties, as the Guardian serves where there is need. Shares all the functions and responsibilities of the other Council offices; the symbolic head of the Faction.
Particular responsibilities are allocated by the Council itself among its members with a simple majority.
Election of the High Council
Article 8 - Council Term Limits
Councilors are chosen generally for a fixed term of three months. If no electors exist to replace sitting Councilors, term limits may be extended by popular Decision, subject to revision at any time by the Assembly.
Article 6 - Unseating Councilors
A formal inquiry may be opened against one or multiple Councillors with an absolute majority of the members of the General Assembly. A majority of two-thirds is required for unseating a Councillor.
Any super-majority vote of significant quorum in the Assembly to unseat the entire sitting Council is permissible, and this right must be preserved in a popular democracy.
Article 9 - Emergency Elections
If a Councilor is removed from duty, resigned or otherwise unable to continue their duties, then a new election will be made for the particular role of the Councillor in question in the General Assembly.
Article 10 - Council Renewal
A Councilor chosen via Article 9 will serve until the existing Council term ends.
If more than three Council positions are open for election, then the whole Council is dismissed and a new Council election for all seven members is initiated.
